Your thoughts are important to us so we shoot to respond to them immediately. However, should we be more occupied than expected, our goal is to get back to you at least 24 hours from the time you message us.
Want to process a return? Not a problem. Send an e-mail to RETURNS@badblankie.com with the name on the credit card or paypal account that you used to purchase your bad blankie. Once we have received our e-mail confirmation, then ship the bad blankie using your shipping method of choice to the below return address. When we receive your bad blankie return, we will check that against our record and process your refund right away. Please allow your credit card or PayPal account several days to credit your account.
